The Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® Alpha Gamma Eta Omega Chapter's 2nd Annual Orange Peel to Pavement was a was a tremendous success. Thank you to everyone who made this event possible.
Our 5K was more than a race — it was a powerful display of movement, mission, and community.
We’re grateful to every participant, volunteer, and supporter whose energy and commitment helped turn this fundraiser into real impact. Because of you, we raised awareness, promoted wellness, and strengthened the initiatives that matter to our chapter and the communities we serve.
The goal of our annual Orange Peel to Pavement 5k Run/Walk was to promote Mental Health Awareness and to provide college scholarships for Orange County, NY H.S. seniors. Fundraising efforts underwrite the stellar community service programs that the interest group will provide.
